Overall performance of queuing system within a production range can be an indicator for effectivity and performance in the production program. PT. GTS is a single ofIndonesian firms that has a popular reputation in exporting freezing fish fillet. Analysis technique that utilized in this research was Mucchio Carlo ruse and /ine balancing style. GTS merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perikanan yang berorientasi ekspor dengan salah satu produk unggulannya fillet ikan beku. Oi dalam persaingan global, industri dituntut untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya.
