Abstract
It is vital for the manager to understand and understand how to provide mindset methods. Every individual is different plus they all include strengths in different skills. As being a manager it is necessary for me to understand each employee and apply motivational methods that would gain each worker as an individual. The three motivational techniques that I would use can be employee motivation through job rotation, task enlargement and job enrichment.
Motivational Strategies
As a administrator, I believe that taking the time and understanding the distinct strengths in each worker will give me personally the perseverance to what mindset methods and techniques can benefit all of them as persons. By having this kind of evaluation of each and every employee I am able to determine what is going to motivate them the most. I have found that by utilizing job rotation, job enlargement and task enrichment made huge impacts in elevating the inspiration within all of the employees inside my health care center.. Without determination, it can cause an increased discontentment and decrease in productivity. This is why it is important that every employees stay motivated while using health care facility. The benefits via job rotation, job augmentation and task enrichment are increasing excessive.
